Finding the causes of asthma
In the late 1990s, I had violent allergy attacks during the pollen season and, in addition, even more violent asthma attacks. As well as the itchy eyes and runny nose, I had coughing fits that simply wouldn’t subside. Five to ten minutes of coughing is unpleasant, very unpleasant. Being an asthmatic is frightening – the tightening of the airways from the allergic reaction and the gasping for breath because there is too little air entering the lungs.
Medication only reduces the symptoms of the allergy
At this time I relied on allergy medication, but this merely relieved the symptoms of the allergy and asthma without eliminating the cause. I resigned myself to my fate and hoped the pollen season would pass as quickly as possible. The following year followed exactly the same pattern and I became concerned that my asthma would worsen each year. At this point I became determined to search for the cause of my allergies and to cure them once and for all.

One day for diagnosis - 21 days to recover
17 years later my asthma returned, but this time not as a result of a pollen allergy. For many years I had been researching the causes of allergies, had tried almost every possible solution and I now knew the different causes of allergies. By this time I had met my friend, and scientific advisor, Dr. Thomas Bohner, who has been a great help in my investigations. When my asthma struck we were able to quickly identify the cause - a detergent with aggressive enzymes. 22 days after contact with this product my asthma appeared again. The diagnosis took one day, eliminating the cause was relatively simple, but the cells in the airway mucosa needed 21 days to regenerate
The rules used in my practical guide
Whilst I was writing my book, "Allergies - the true causes", I had to follow my own practical guide to help fend off a renewed asthma attack. This guide includes all the rules to identify and eliminate the causes of allergies. All allergy sufferers need to know the factors that may cause their own allergies and so be equipped to work on eliminating those causes. In many cases the body will then heal itself.
